Gorokan: worth knowing before you renovate

A 1961 Real Estate Institute of NSW account, quoted in the 2010 Wyong heritage history, named Gorokan among the fast-developing townships on the northern side of the Tuggerah Lakes. In July 2022 Central Coast Council relayed an NSW SES evacuation order for low-lying parts of Gorokan. Between 1983 and 1985 a new bridge linked it with Toukley.
