We’re a referral service, not an asbestos business
Asbestos Central Coast Referral Line (asbestoscentralcoast.com) is a referral service run by Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 72 629 494 926). We don’t remove, inspect or test asbestos, and we don’t employ removalists or assessors. We’re not connected with Central Coast Council, SafeWork NSW, the NSW EPA or any other government agency.
When you call us or send the form, we take down your enquiry. If you agree, we pass it to one independent business that works in your area: an asbestos removalist for removal, or a business that inspects and tests for asbestos if that’s what you need. That business contacts you, quotes, and does the work. Your contract for the work is with that business.
Licences
We only pass removal enquiries to businesses that hold a current SafeWork NSW asbestos removal licence. We check the licence on SafeWork NSW’s public register at verify.licence.nsw.gov.au before we send a business its first enquiry, and record the licence number. We don’t call a testing business licensed unless it holds a SafeWork NSW asbestos assessor licence.
How we’re paid
Asbestos businesses pay us for the enquiries we send them. That can be a fee for each enquiry, or a monthly fee to receive the enquiries for an area. You don’t pay us anything, and the business’s price to you is its own.
Because we’re paid by the businesses we refer to, we have a commercial relationship with them. We don’t receive any payment that depends on what you decide to buy.
Our phone line
Calls to our number are answered by a virtual assistant, not a person, and calls are recorded. The assistant tells you this at the start of the call. It takes your details and asks whether you agree to us passing them to a local asbestos business. It doesn’t give prices or arrival times, and it can’t tell you whether a material is asbestos.

The information on this site is general. Where we state a rule or a fact, we link to the source. We don’t publish prices. A licensed asbestos removalist or asbestos assessor should assess your situation.
If a site is operated for a specific business
If this site ever sends all enquiries to one named business, we’ll show that business’s name on every page, and its SafeWork NSW licence number.
